This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Receptionist. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining patient records, handling billing, and other administrative tasks as deemed necessary. Our ethos is to provide excellent customer service in a dental practice setting where patients are made to feel welcome and looked after from their first phone call right the way through to the end of their treatment.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely essential.
2. Proficient in scheduling appointments and using dental practice management software preferred. Training will be provided in addition to this; however, full training will be provided to the right candidate who wishes to pursue a change in career.
3. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred, although ongoing training can be given to the right candidate.
4. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities are absolutely essential.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
