In this role you be responsible for supporting Executives, creating content for all brand channels, you will work closely with the wider Brand Creative team and cross functionally across the business, ensuring all output adheres to our brand guidelines. "Find your role" Collate requirements from brand marketing teams to support the executives creating shot lists and shoot packs for fashion and home shoots Creates copy for fashion trends for online, email, social and lookbooks and to partnerships for ATL across fashion and home Moodboard sharing and owning integrated decks to manage the journey of an omnichannel campaign to showcase our campaign to wider business Media submissions – briefs, creates and delivers all performance media for fashion and home Deputises on press submissions for exces (holiday cover) Support on delivering performance media and lookbooks on a seasonal brief basis Content: Manage all high resolution image handovers and sharing between agencies for both fashion and home Manage post production of retouch still images by collating trading repro amends on product working closely with the buyers Ensuring retouching checks on photography are carried out on time and to deadlines in a timely manner to meet brand & agency handovers Attend brand marketing showcases to support co-ordinator /deputise Brand guardian representative in the weekly Marketing Alignment meeting to capture all trading deadlines and requests and updates content Work closely with the sample coordinator to ensure all samples orders are completed and ready for shoot Support in general housekeeping; manage folder systems and updating creative integrated decks Proof reading an checking copy Manage cut out process, collating samples and briefing studio on photography of cut outs for look books and ATL partnerships Manages the creation of lookbooks, brief and pagination for all lookbooks across fashion and home Owns the internal creatives comms and George house – creating presentations for the huddles Support on delivering performance media and lookbooks on a seasonal brief basis "Lets find out about you" Experience of working in a marketing role Wider marketing knowledge is preferable – especially around acquisition and retention An interest in the fashion and home market A great eye for detail Team playing who is confident managing and taking control of projects individually Strong communication skills and a confident presenter Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task Extremely agile and open to change Extremely Organsied Experience in excel, powerpoint, InDesign “Find your everything at Asda” - bringing brighter living within everyone's reach."
