We are currently partnering with a Global Leading Professional Services Organisation in their search for an experienced ServiceNow HR Senior Manager.
Our client is currently going through a significant period of change and transformation, and are looking for this individual to act as the product owner, leading the ServiceNow delivery and adaptations across HR Shared Services, alongside a global Workday implementation.
Essential experience/qualifications required:
* Demonstrable experience in product management and HR Shared Services, with ServiceNow (HRSD) experience; integration with Workday is a plus.
* Experience driving continuous ServiceNow adoption within HR, acting as the central point for all HR services and activities.
* Ability collaborating with HR teams to understand requirements, prioritise the program backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features.
