Key Requirements
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
* A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline (ideally 2:1 or higher).
* Proven experience in an industrial R&D environment, specifically in development engineering.
* Practical hands-on skills in prototyping, assembling, and testing.
You will also need to be an effective communicator, able to present findings concisely and accurately to senior management.
With a strong organisational skillset to manage multiple tasks, prioritise activities, and meet project deadlines, you will be an ideal candidate for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
