IT Service Desk Analyst - £20 per Hour, Inside IR35

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line support for internal users across multiple sites. This 3-6 month contract requires a mix of technical problem-solving and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* User Support: Manage calls and emails, addressing technical queries and incidents.
* Ticket Management: Log and update tickets, ensuring accurate records.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
* Documentation: Maintain and develop SOPs and IT documentation.
* Collaboration: Support tasks directed by the Service Delivery Manager and Head of IT.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Basic IT troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
* Team-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
