About the Position
The Project Manager, ProKey Services, is responsible for managing multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities from start to finish, including proposals, bids, project design, quality control, job scheduling, problem resolution, job completion, coordination, communication, client satisfaction activities, and other related duties.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with project scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Act as a liaison to coordinate communication between internal and external members on the project.
3. Authorize and/or approve all project staff transactions.
4. Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
5. Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
6. Review and approve purchase requisitions and payment approvals.
7. Assist in the implementation/interpretation of corporate safety programs and ensures OSHA guidelines are followed.
8. Ensure adherence to company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards.
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of labor agreements and standards specific to projects.
Minimum Qualifications
1. BS in Construction Management or equivalent in job experience, Civil or Utility experience a plus.
2. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ensures maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.
5. Comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.
6. Knowledge of general sitework and utility installation standard practices.
7. Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid Software or other Civil Estimating Software a plus.
8. Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.
9. Traffic signal and street lighting experience would be a big plus.
Travel
Occasional travel required.
