We are looking for a Chef to join us.
To be successful, you must:
* Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in catering or be willing to work towards it
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
* Have knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Have previous catering/cooking experience in education or volume catering
* Be familiar with ordering, budgets, invoice processing, and stock control
* Have an awareness of the Government’s Healthy Eating Initiative and allergen legislation
* Have experience of managing staff
In this role, you will work 32.5 hours per week (8am – 3pm with a 30-minute unpaid break), 40 weeks per year.
