We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a MEICA Asset, Storage and Deployment Coordinator - Commissioning Support, site-based within the UU Region.
You will report directly to the Mechanical Manager initially, then the Commissioning Manager as the project progresses. Supporting the ADP MEICA Delivery Team with the receiving of all MEICA assets at the Oswestry project, storing appropriately, and organizing deployment to the MEICA subcontract installation teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Liaise with MEICA team regarding the planning and undertaking of suitable storage and workshop facilities on the project.
* Liaise with the Civils team in the preparation of storage areas.
* Prepare for MEICA deliveries planned from the procurement schedule.
* Be commercially aware, both internally and externally.
* Provide a cost-effective system of storage, coordination, and capturing asset data on digital platforms.
* Assure effective documentation of the MEICA process, including data and as-built documentation, input to O&Ms and feedback to the design disciplines.
* Provide commissioning assistance to MWHT commissioning engineers.
* Recognize the importance of satisfying the customer as the key to achieving other objectives.
* Continue to develop personally and technically.
* Participate in the acquisition and storing of business and technical knowledge, and the use of those stored intellectual assets.
* Maintain Health and Safety levels during the MEICA installation and commissioning activities.
