* Plan and prepare courses and lessons, teaching pupils according to their educational needs, setting and marking their work (including examinations) for both school and home.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Promote the general progress and well-being of individual pupils and any class or group assigned to you, providing guidance and advice on educational and social matters, and communicating with external persons or bodies.
* Uphold the school's ethos and high standards, adhering to school rules and policies.
* Provide or contribute to oral and written assessments, reports, and references for individual pupils and groups.
* Advise and cooperate with the Headteacher and other teachers on the preparation and development of study courses, teaching materials, programs, teaching methods, and pastoral arrangements.
* Maintain good order and discipline among pupils, ensuring their health and safety both on school premises and during authorized school activities elsewhere.
* Review your teaching methods and programmes of work periodically.
* Participate in arrangements for your professional development.
* Promote the general progress and well-being of individual pupils and any class or group assigned to you.
* Participate in school meetings related to the curriculum, administration, organization, and pastoral arrangements
