Our Education provider is seeking a Graduate Area Manager to cover various Nottinghamshire sites.
Please only apply if you can work across the Nottinghamshire area and have a clean driving licence.
Full training to be provided ( 6 weeks training is based in Birmingham - expenses covered)
Must have a clean driving licence
Starting salary will be £24,000 p.a rising to £26,000 after 6 months and passing probabtion.

We are a supplementary education provider, specialising in Maths and English programmes tailored to any ability. With over 50 years of experience, our Method allows children to manage their learning with the guidance of Instructors.
The Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is comprised of three six-month-long rotations throughout the business and is tailored to offer graduates a unique exposure to the business and equip them with the skills, attributes, and confidence to become effective Area Managers.
The first 6 weeks are based in London where graduates will follow a dynamic, structured, and engaging learning and development plan. Dedicated time will be spent with the departments that ensure we are always at the forefront in terms of technology, appeal, customer service, and business trends.
To consolidate and apply this valuable learning, the final 6 months will be spent outside of London at one of our regional offices in the UK and this is truly an exceptional opportunity to see us from a rarely seen perspective. There is also the possibility that you will be eligible to gain two weeks experience in an international office.
Our Graduate Program is a direct pathway to an Area Manager role where you will be partnering with our important franchisees. It is a strategic role that links directly to our business objectives
The Role
As an Area Manager, you will:
1. Act as a coach, mentor, and confidante to the franchisees in your area
2. Work strategically with your colleagues and counterparts in other areas to deliver growth
3. Be a brand ambassador, protecting the integrity of Our Method
4. Develop recruitment and retention of students
5. Improve the practice of Our Method
6. Analyse Instructor and student progress
7. Ensure continuous learning & development
The ability to interact, engage, and influence is vital to succeeding in this role, we expect all Our associates to have excellent communication skills, contribute to our culture of openness, and integrity, and always be solutions-oriented.
In addition to excellent interpersonal skills, you must have:
8. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree, 2:2 or above.
9. At least a grade B in GCSE Maths and English
10. A full UK driving license
11. The desire for a career in management
12. To be passionate about the education sector
13. Able to relocate for the final 6 weeks of the program - at no cost to yourself
