The Role:
As Document Controller, you will:
* Manage and maintain the project document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and readily accessible.
* Receive, register, distribute, and track all project documents, including drawings, specifications, correspondence, reports, and other relevant information.
* Implement and maintain document control procedures in accordance with company and project requirements.
* Manage electronic document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).
* Maintain a comprehensive document register and version control system.
* Assist in the preparation of document packages for client submissions and internal review.
* Ensure the timely distribution of information to relevant project stakeholders.
* Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment by ensuring accurate and up:to:date documentation is available.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Document Controller within the civil engineering or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in using electronic document management systems (EDMS).
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
