Property Services Case Manager (Maternity Cover)

We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Property Services Case Manager to cover a period of maternity leave (a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 15 months).
What you'll be doing:
* Support the Property Services Manager and be the operational lead to manage and oversee all Section 11 Disrepair claims, major works, and insurance-related case work.
* Line manage a team of maintenance inspectors and a Property Coordinator, providing technical solutions and support on complex repairs for customers and internal departments.
* Ensure the Property Services team delivers an effective, responsive, value-for-money service that is compliant with best practices, regulatory, and statutory requirements, along with effective budget management.
More about you. What can you bring?
* Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and leading a team.
* Experience in managing major repairs, Section 11 Disrepair claims, and insurance works, including health & safety legislation, preferably within social housing.
* Experience in writing high-quality documentation and reports.
* An understanding of housing and property customer service, as well as commercial awareness and experience of robust contract management.
* Possession of an HNC/HND building-related qualification, or willingness to achieve a similar technical qualification when in post.
* Excellent communication skills, proactive work approach, and ability to manage workload and time effectively.
* Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
* Driving licence and own car required.

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £53,900, dependent on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
