This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPI’s and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate elevated ways of working consistently
* Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
* Manage controllable costs effectively, such as stock and cleaning supplies
* Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
* Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered at high standards
* Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
* Ensure operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
* Provide regular honest and constructive feedback to team members
* Report facilities and maintenance issues appropriately
* Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
Must have:
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
* Strong leadership qualities
* Adaptability in communication and management styles
* Positive, solutions-driven mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to champion members
* Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
* Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays
