This is a wonderful opportunity to play a key role in shaping the educational journey of young learners in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer one-to-one and small-group support to students with SEN, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
Assist teachers in creating and delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged.
Help with classroom activities to ensure all students are actively engaged and able to participate.
Work closely with families and carers, providing updates on progress and celebrating achievements.What We're Looking For:
Prior experience with SEN is advantageous, but a positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed are most important.
Flexibility and creativity to adapt learning approaches for different abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and families.
A driver's license and access to a car are beneficial but not essential for this Newham-based role.What We Offer:
