Our client, a large construction group, is currently looking for a Project Manager to manage and coordinate the commissioning of new energy infrastructure. You will work with all stakeholders involved to drive progress on the greenfield sites through to completion. The Job Liaise with other functions and the relevant representatives to collect documents relating to planning, permits, licenses, land agreements, grid, design, community and other stakeholders, contracts, contract documents and project documents created to date. Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of tenders and contracts. Monitor compliance with technical requirements during construction and reinstatement. Manage contractual, cost, programme, risk, and other project-level issues relating to the ICP Contract Liaise with NIE regarding programme, progress and payments for works relating to the successful connection, energisation, and commissioning of the Project. Review design for the control building for effective and safe operation and compliance with NIE specifications. The Person: Proven track record of successful project management experience, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector. Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines. Experience in contract management, including tender evaluation, negotiation, and administration. Understanding of project budgets, schedules, and resources. Understanding of risk management and contingency planning. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
