Job Description:
We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior E-commerce Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience working for a company that sells on Amazon USA using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our domestic and international expansion efforts, diversifying our presence across various platforms and countries. Flexibility in work hours aligned with USA business hours is a key requirement, ensuring effective Operations/Inventory management during this critical time.
Responsibilities:
Multichannel Expertise:
* Leverage a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon USA using FBA in a management role.
* Deep experience in driving growth through various e-commerce platforms including Shopify
* Manage and expand our operations to various platforms beyond Amazon, developing a comprehensive multichannel strategy.
International Expansion:
* Lead the expansion of our operations into new countries, diversifying our global presence.
* Develop and execute strategies for successful entry into diverse international markets that drive revenue growth.
Flexible Work Hours:
* Possess the flexibility to work during USA business hours, addressing operational gaps during critical periods.
* Coordinate and optimize Operations/Inventory management across various time zones.
Collaboration and Integration:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate international operations with our multichannel strategy.
* Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement cross-departmental processes and SOPs
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on leadership experience working for a company that sells on Amazon USA using FBA.
* Bachelor’s Degree Required
* Expert-level understanding of Amazon FBA operations, inventory management, and marketplace dynamics.
* Proven track record of successful international expansion efforts, with a focus on multichannel strategies.
* Flexible work hours to accommodate USA business hours and operational needs.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.
* Ability to execute high-level strategies independently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming projects while maintaining or shifting priorities.
