What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher who:
* Holds a degree in Food Technology or a related subject.
* Has experience teaching Food Technology at all levels, including A-Level and or relatable experience in a professional environment.
* Can deliver engaging and practical lessons that inspire a love for cooking and nutrition.
* Is confident in using ICT to enhance lesson delivery and student learning.
* Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
Working Arrangements:

* Bloxham School is a thriving school with a warm and friendly staff community.
* Our school day starts at 8.30 am and finishes at 6pm Monday to Friday.
* Academic lessons end at 3.30pm after which our staff contribute to broader curricular activities, academic drop-ins and pastoral meetings.
* Saturday lessons are from 8.30am -12.00.
* The pastoral service we offer at Bloxham School matters hugely to us and therefore all teachers are tutors. If you are a senior tutor, you will be expected to carry out one evening duty per week in their boarding house from 6.45-10.00pm and if a junior tutor, once a fortnight from 6pm-9pm.
