IKEA Warrington are looking to welcome a Sales Assistant to join our hardworking Sales team.
Are you passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience? At IKEA Warrington, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Market Hall team. Your mission: to enhance sales, ensure stock availability, and maintain a tidy, organized shopping environment. You'll also prepare for the next day's delivery, handle and transport heavy goods safely, and follow all safety protocols to keep our customers and co-workers secure. WHAT WE OFFER
The Start Date of employment will be: 12th of February.
Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
12 & 16 hours weekly, working 4 days over 7 & working 3 out of 4 weekends per month. The working hours are between 8am to 11pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 7am to 11pm & Sunday 9am to 6pm.

Due to health & safety, you must be 18 years of age for this role.
Assessment Center interview for this role will be held on the 29th of January.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* Previous experience is not essential; all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
* You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
* Approachable to support the customers.
* Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Your priority is the customer experience, focusing on enhancing sales and ensuring stock availability while maintaining an organised, tidy shopping environment and preparing for the next day's delivery.
* Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock. Using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
* Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
* Approaching the customer to support their needs and improve their shopping experience. Bring your personality to work.
