You’ll be accountable for managing Individual and SME pricing activities to achieve Gross Underwriting Margin targets across our diverse product portfolios. In this dynamic position, you’ll drive and innovate technical pricing activity as well as support scheduled Product Reviews by overseeing analysis, facilitating approvals, and ensuring seamless implementation. Additionally, you’ll lead and manage a dedicated analyst team, ensuring that all work is conducted within the established guidelines set by insurers and reinsurers. What you’ll be doing: Lead General Linear Modelling (GLM) activity within the Pricing team to enhance analytical capabilities. Train and support the team in effectively using GLM software for optimal pricing strategies. Provide insightful recommendations and support for pricing review activities to drive informed decision-making. Innovate AXA Global Healthcare's approach to GLM analysis and its future applications to stay ahead in the market. Develop tailored solutions for new products and foster strong relationships with insurers to expand business opportunities. Lead technical developments that support improvements and enhance efficiency within the Pricing team. Manage a team of Analysts by setting clear goals and development plans for each team member to promote growth and performance. Liaise with product and pricing teams across the IPMI Division to share best practices and explore alternative solutions for maximizing business benefits. What you’ll bring: Expertise in the Global IPMI insurance and reinsurance marketplace with a strong track record in managing international relationships. Strong knowledge of General linear modelling tools, especially Akur8 In-depth knowledge of innovative insurance pricing techniques that enhance profitability. Strong people and resource management skills, fostering a high-performing team culture. Solid business and commercial acumen for strategic decision-making. Ability to quickly and accurately understand complex information for effective analysis. Skilled at building professional relationships and tactfully challenging the status quo.
