Key Responsibilities:
1. Desk Development: Establish and grow your own recruitment desk, specialising in temporary healthcare placements.
2. Client Acquisition & Management: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with healthcare organisations, and manage ongoing client needs.
3. Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Source, screen, and place top-tier healthcare professionals in temporary roles. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, headhunting, and innovative sourcing strategies.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare recruitment sector.
5. Compliance & Quality: Ensure all placements comply with healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and ethical practices.
6. Sales & Negotiation: Utilise your sales prowess to negotiate terms of business and placements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and candidates.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
Duties within role:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records.
* Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
* Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities in the healthcare sector.
* Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and present findings to management as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment, within the healthcare industry.
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and methods for sourcing candidates is desirable.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
