About the Role: We are looking for a creative, resilient, and compassionate teacher who has a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a passion for supporting children with complex learning needs. You will be working in a nurturing and well-resourced environment, where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of KS2 pupils with SEND. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to enhance pupil progress and well-being. Use a range of innovative strategies to support communication, independence, and emotional regulation. Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring personalised learning goals are met. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly those with Autism, Speech & Language needs, or Complex Learning Difficulties. A strong commitment to inclusive education and a person-centred approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and use creative teaching methods to engage learners.
