Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator working within a team of 3. Duties will include: Processing high volumes of sales orders Giving quotes to customers and chasing them to complete an order Handling any queries from customers via phone and email Identifying upselling opportunities to maximise revenue Building and maintaining customer relationships Resolving any queries regarding damaged or missing deliveries Updating customers records & accounts Contacting lapsed customers and rebuilding relationships Maintaining an acceptable level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with product developments To be successful you will have a strong background in customer service, have excellent communication skills and have an excellent eye for detail.
