I am representing my client, an ambitious and growing agency based in Birmingham, operating in the Industrial, Driving, and Commercial sectors.
The Birmingham branch needs a Recruitment Manager to drive the branch forward by leading from the front in terms of new business development and managing a team of relatively inexperienced recruitment consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment Branch Management or be a senior consultant looking for the next step up the ladder.
You will have a distinct advantage if you have a proven track record in the Industrial, Driving, or Commercial sectors and possess strong knowledge of the recruitment market in the Birmingham area.
You will be responsible for driving the branch forward in terms of sales on both the temporary and permanent revenue streams by delivering a quality service to both candidates and clients alike.
Our client requires a highly motivated individual who is target-driven and a strong manager. You need to lead your team from the front in terms of sales and compliance and have excellent knowledge of the local market.
