Following the early retirement of a long-serving member of our team, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager (IT/AV).
The Service Delivery Manager (IT/AV) is responsible for leading the management, development, and implementation of the University’s end user device portfolio and the strategic development of the audio-visual service. Working with the wider University IT community to ensure end user device support and development of these areas is fully integrated, students and staff receive a holistic support offering.
The role holder is also responsible for the second line support of a wide range of end user technologies, audio-visual equipment, software applications, and corporate systems, as well as providing technical support for internal & external events and specialist teaching facilities.
The successful applicant will have significant experience in a complex customer-focused environment and in service management ITIL best practice, as well as being able to demonstrate experience of managing large teams and working with colleagues across an organisation to achieve service improvements.
