As our F&B Supervisor, you will lead the Restaurant team to deliver an exceptional standard of service, creating excellent guest relations and exceeding expectations wherever possible. Our guests will feel welcome, comfortable, and well attended to at all times, providing an experience that they will want to repeat time and time again In this role, you will be the first point of contact for day to day operations. Our ideal candidate… Using your previous Supervisory experience in a Food & Beverage environment, you will be a great communicator, confidently engaging with our guests and team alike. Your positive and proactive ‘can do’ approach to work will inspire others and create an environment that encourages the team to be the best they can be. You will demonstrate your passion for delivering genuine hospitality, sharing your thorough product knowledge and enthusiasm to excel with the rest of the team. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will consistently demonstrate your ability to remain level-headed, with a smile on your face, regardless of how busy the day has been. Salary and Contract This is a full-time permanent position based on a 45-hour working week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
