Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set.
2. Engages with the team and drives teamwork.
3. Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution-oriented mindset.
4. Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor.
5. Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room organization, Manual Handling, and being on your feet for long periods of time.
Preferred Skills & Qualities
1. Previous retail sales experience in a service-led environment.
Job Specifics:
Pay: Competitive hourly rate of pay + Bonus & Benefits
Hours: 8 hours per week; this will include weekends and bank holidays.
