Job Description:
Maintain and grow existing European and export business by supporting and developing existing customers, identifying and acquiring new customers, and developing new products and markets.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve company objectives. Propose and execute annual budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
* Lead and manage team by setting clear objectives and metrics and providing guidance, training, and support.
* Negotiate commercial contracts and implement regular pricing updates in line with market evolution.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop new customers and geographies.
* Work with customers as well as cross-functionally with relevant internal stakeholders to develop new products and solutions.
* Inform on industry trends and monitor competitor activity.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Update frequently Supply Chain and Operations on customer demand and promotions.
* Communicate regularly with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and other relevant areas of business to ensure the company is meeting customer requirements.
* Ensure best-in-class customer service and support.
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and relevant company policies.
Key Ingredients:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or related field
* +11 years of experience. Several years of sales experience in Food Service with main European markets, preferably in dairy.
* Fluent in German or French and in English
* Self-disciplined, organized, and able to work remotely efficiently
