Description
The Employment Solicitor will deal with a range of work including:
1. Dealing with high value contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
2. Supporting Partners on work including complex claims, grievances, union issues, and structural workplace changes.
3. Conducting legal research and staying updated on developments in employment law.
4. Taking an active role in marketing and business development.
5. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their business and legal needs.
Profile
The successful Employment Solicitor should have:
1. A track record in respondent Employment law.
2. Likely to have around 2-5 years PQE.
3. Ties to Leeds.
4. Strong academics.
5. Proven experience in employment law gained from a commercial law firm.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. A client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships.
Job Offer
1. A competitive salary in the range of £68,000 to £78,000.
