Job summary Fixed Term: 2 Years | 37.5 hrs per week | Hybrid You will lead the transformation of Autism and ADHD care pathways across Sheffield, working with families, clinical, educational, and professional leaders. This initiative is part of the wider Special Educational Needs agenda and aims to develop a needs-based, graduated model of care. You will help create an innovative, co-produced model of care and support that positively impacts children, young people, and families in Sheffield. You will collaborate with teams from the NHS, local government, education, and the voluntary sector, developing a city-wide business case with clear outcomes. As a confident communicator, you will navigate these sectors to deliver results and contribute to the city's evolving SEND strategy. Hosted by Sheffield Children's NHS Trust and funded by cross-city partners, this is a unique opportunity to work at both a strategic and delivery level across multiple sectors.
