The Senior Concierge will supervise our concierge service to ensure a high quality service to all tenants at our high rise blocks in Renfrewshire.
You will supervise, manage and co-ordinate the duties of concierge and caretakers; establish, implement and monitor shift rotas; provide an out-of-hours supervisory contact; provide written report and performance information on service delivery; security patrolling and C.C.T.V monitoring.
You will have experience of dealing and liaising with a range of internal and external agencies; dealing with the public in person; organising own workload; working on own initiative; have an understanding of budget monitoring; ability to compile accurate records and a knowledge of the role of concierge and caretaker.
IT and numeracy skills are essential.
You will be required to participate in stand-by duty as per shift rota, the work pattern for this post is 5 days over 7 including evening and night shift hours.
It is desirable you have training in C.C.T.V; supervising of staff; managing workload and previous housing experience.
