Job Description:
Are you a strong communicator able to answer all employee payroll and expense queries? Looking for a role where you can assist with the processing of 7 monthly payrolls across 3 companies? Do you have a proven background in checking and processing all expenses and credit card claims? If so, we have an opportunity for a Payroll and Expenses Administrator to join our Finance team!
The Impact you will have in this role:
1. Assist with the processing of 2 weekly payrolls across 2 companies.
2. Strong communication skills as the main contact for payroll-related queries.
3. Understand current UK Payroll legislation and the processing requirements of all statutory payments.
4. Process RTI following each pay run.
5. Produce P45 following each pay run.
6. Process Foreign payroll as required (RN, RU, CU, IR, IC, RB).
7. Process monthly payments to external agencies.
8. Check all credit card transactions against coding and receipts provided ensuring company policy is adhered to.
9. Process and check all cash expenses ensuring company policy is adhered to.
10. Post payments made on the accounting system.
11. Adhere to the procedures and best practices relevant to the role.
12. Complete all tasks to deadlines to ensure minimal payroll queries.
13. Build effective relationships across the business.
14. Undertake such tasks and duties as may be reasonably requested by your manager or other members of the management team.
