Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting an Administrator to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to Schedule a team of Engineers to customer sites for pre-planned maintenance as well as reactive breakdowns.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus company holiday entitlement, pension, onsite parking and more!
This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00 - you choose!
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling Engineers to pre-planned works and reactive breakdowns as well as quoting jobs
Invoicing
Updating the CRM system
Liaising with clients and updating them with any changes
General administrative duties
The ideal candidate:
Will work well under pressure
Ideally come from a planning or scheduling background
Invoicing experience would also be an advantageous
Must be a great verbal and written communicator
Will have proactive and reactive capabilities
Must be able to drive due to location of the office.
