As, Business Support Manager you will:

Operational & Business Process Change Management – Act as the key link between operational teams and organisational changes, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business needs.
*
Governance & Compliance Oversight – Lead a team of Business Support Partners to support directors in maintaining robust governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
*
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with key stakeholders to implement operational changes effectively, provide insights, and ensure seamless coordination of business support functions.
*
Policy & Procedure Management – Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to align with organisational goals and operational best practices.
*
Business Case Development & Reporting – Prepare comprehensive business cases, governance documentation, and strategic reports to support decision-making and operational excellence.

Process Improvement & Workflow Optimisation – Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and support functions, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
We’re seeking someone with:

Governance & Compliance Knowledge – Strong experience working with governance frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency – Proven ability to implement process improvements that enhance business performance and drive cost savings.

Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills – Experience collaborating with directors, support functions, and operational teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Change Management & Business Transformation – Ability to manage and facilitate change initiatives within a complex organisational environment.

Analytical & Reporting Skills (Desirable) – Experience in data analysis and producing high-quality reports to support business decision-making.

Process Improvement Methodologies (Desirable) – Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
