We are looking for a caring, motivated and friendly Community Nurse to join our team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. Main duties of the job You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development. The team provides nursing care to patients within their own homes or chosen place of residence offering an alternative to hospital admission, supporting timely discharge and enabling people to realise their potential. We are committed to clinical support, CPD & training. The post is covering 7 days, 8am to 6pm service.
