Main Responsibilities: • Handling general customer enquiries over the telephone • Processing of orders from various sources – telephone; e-mail; fax • Communication with other areas of the business e.g. warehouse, credit team etc. as required • Handle queries and follow up problems involving transport and delivery issues • Liaise with members of our client publishers’ sales teams on relevant subjects • Other administration duties as required contributing to the running of the department • Supporting the Team Leaders and Managers with the development of initiatives to improve our service and efficiency levels • Good keyboard skills and comfortable working with order input systems • Attention to detail combined with a ‘can-do’ attitude • Ability to work on own initiative in line with the agreed work flows and processes • An individual who enjoys working within a team and shares information freely and is willing to support their colleagues • Previous work in a customer facing or similar administration based environment To Apply: Please send a CV together with a covering letter to CATpenguinrandomhouse.co.uk Closing Date: Wednesday 11th May 2016 Posting Notes | Grantham | Lincolnshire (GB-LIN) | United Kingdom | PRH_UK
