We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and passionate Head of Year and Science Teacher.
The successful candidate will build excellent relationships with students and inspire them to learn.
The Priory School is looking for someone with initiative and dedication to teaching students of all abilities as well as a willingness to contribute to the full range of extracurricular activities.
Head of Year main responsibilities will be:
· Be responsible for and lead a year group
· Provide pastoral support and guidance
· To engage with key stakeholders including staff, parents, carers and outside agencies
· To support students and families to identify barriers to learning and agree a way forward
· Having overview of their year groups attendance and interventions in place to support where necessary
· Provide general pastoral administrative support as appropriate according to the needs of student and the school.
