Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Manage internal relationships with stakeholders and ensure that needs are consistently met, which includes ensuring on-time activation of new accounts, ensuring IHS is able to procure our client’s preferred products, and maintaining price lists.
* Negotiate, maintain, and analyse pricing.
* Establish sourcing strategies for each market, balancing an optimal mix of the best price, switching to consignment, negotiating return policies, securing allocation of stock, etc.
* Management of supplier relationships—ensuring continuity of supply for our IHS managed service accounts.
* Identify saving initiatives that go beyond unit price reduction.
* Be the point of contact for issues concerning product sourcing, including preparing effective presentations and presenting the data.

* Contract management/sourcing experience.
* Strong verbal and written communications skills (in English) with the ability to liaise, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels.

* Project management and leading to results through influence.
