Requirements for applicants
* Previous experience of working in the Water Hygiene and or Water Treatment industry
* Experience of managing customer service
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
* The ability to use MS Office applications to a high standard, specifically Excel
* The ability to travel anywhere in the UK, including overnight stays if necessary
* Have a full driving licence
Duties and Responsibilities
* Be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, including securing new business from new customers, ensuring quality customer service is delivered to existing customers and annual sales targets are met
* Negotiate new and upsell business at the desired profit margins
* Help mobilise contracts secured
* Work collaboratively and professionally with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs
* Produce cost estimates and sales documents to the highest standard
* Minimise any outstanding debt on accounts managed
* Maintain an accurate and valuable sales pipeline
