We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to support the smooth flow of supply chain operations for a leading 1st-tier automotive manufacturer. You will be responsible for managing customer schedules, coordinating transport, and ensuring accurate documentation to keep deliveries running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer schedules via EDI and ERP systems (Baan).
2. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transport schedules.
3. Liaise with customers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve logistics issues.
4. Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and returnable packaging tracking.
5. Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks.
6. Ensure compliance with industry and company transport policies.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in logistics administration or supply chain (automotive preferred).
2. Strong organisational and data entry skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EDI, and ERP systems (Baan or similar).
4. Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
5. A team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
