One of the region’s most exciting Green-Tech businesses is scaling up a Bristol team and looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer. They’re looking for someone to help with the building of a beautiful, usable product enabling individuals and businesses to fund projects that address the crisis of carbon, biodiversity, and waste. The software you’ll be working on will help to drive meaningful climate activism and action which will include restoring nature/rewilding, carbon removal, reducing electronic waste, and removing plastic from our oceans.
*3-4 days per week at their central Bristol office.
What skills you'll be needing
* TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

Nice to haves
* Experience in a start-up/scale-up.
* Experience on Next.js projects.
* Experience building and implementing automated tests.
* Experience with CMS systems (they work with Django).
* Experience with Tailwind CSS.
What you'll be doing
As Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be working across the stack to build quality software alongside designers, bringing their designs to life by writing secure, extensible, and highly readable code. Working in an agile environment with fortnightly sprints, you’ll build the APIs that power the frontend, maintain coding standards, and write robust tests. They’ve got an exciting roadmap and strong technical foundations for you to come into, and there will be a great opportunity to add value quickly, building robust and scalable back-end services and interacting with databases. You’ll be comfortable with fortnightly sprints and planning meetings, building new applications, and working quickly to find solutions for fast scaling in an innovative manner.
