Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our recruitment group and play a key role in ensuring seamless candidate onboarding, compliance, and ongoing support.
In this role, you’ll manage everything from candidate documentation and timesheets to travel arrangements and system updates. You'll work alongside our Senior Sales Administrator to be the go-to person for keeping our recruitment processes smooth, efficient, and compliant.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Support candidates with onboarding and throughout their entire contract duration
✔ Coordinate travel, accommodation, and start-day check-ins as required
✔ Maintain accurate records in CRMs and other systems
✔ Tackle compliance tasks and document checks
✔ Handle inbox queries and candidate follow-ups with confidence
✔ Provide assistance to the payroll team as required
What you’ll bring to the role:
✔ Ideally some administrative or compliance experience
✔ Top-notch organisation and communication skills
✔ A proactive mindset and eye for detail
✔ Confidence in using various systems and juggling priorities
