Your new company A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Compliance Specialist for a 6-month contract. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to compliance measures and ethical standards. As a Compliance Specialist, you will: Create and oversee compliance procedures for promotional materials, samples, ToV disclosures, and annual reports. Develop a training program for the sales and marketing team to ensure adherence to local legal requirements and industry ethical standards. Provide compliance support to the marketing team for event planning, including advice on sponsorships and donations. Draft and maintain abbreviated product information and mandatory advertising details. Evaluate and approve promotional materials to ensure they comply with EU local Ethical Rules. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience with EU local Ethical Rules. Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic). Strong understanding of compliance measures and procedures. Excellent communication and training skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on an ad hoc basis.
