Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred care to clients with complex health needs. Assist with personal care, manual handling, and catheter care. Support with mobility. Foster meaningful relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and understanding. Engage clients in activities tailored to their interests (e.g., a client's love for maths). What We're Looking For: Experience : Stroke recovery experience and the ability to support clients with manual handling, catheter care, and challenging behaviours. Skills : Ability to work independently and use initiative, especially under pressure and in challenging situations.
