As a Customer Care Assistant at McDonald's, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
2. Making children feel welcome and handing out balloons.
3. Organising special events and looking after customers' specific needs.
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
5. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
6. Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers at all times.
7. Keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should possess friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour. You must work well as part of a team and have effective communication skills such as attentive listening and face-to-face verbal communication. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.
