Job Description: Chef de Partie
We are seeking a strong and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team at our newly renovated, 800-year-old country pub with guest rooms. As part of a small but growing group of pubs, this is an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow within a hardworking and ambitious company.

1. A well-presented, enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
2. A hardworking team player with the confidence to run the kitchen independently on quieter days, enabling the Head Chef to manage other sites.
3. Someone with high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Laziness and low standards will not be accepted.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
