Are you a dynamic commercial leader with a track record of driving success in industrial, food & beverage, applied life sciences, or agriculture sectors? If so, then this is your chance to take on a pivotal role, leading the commercial strategy for the UK and Europe in a high-growth business.
As Commercial Leader, you will spearhead the commercial operations for the UK and Europe, driving revenue and uniting cross-functional teams to execute a winning strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly manage sales teams across the UK and Europe, while also playing a critical role in shaping and implementing the commercial vision.
Lead the UK & European commercial teams, including 4 direct reports in the UK sales team, 4 inside sales team members, and 4-5 European sales reps.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, handle escalated issues, and ensure their voice is at the heart of the commercial strategy.
Develop and implement a customer-centric commercial strategy that addresses pain points and drives growth in the industrial, food & beverage, applied life sciences, and agriculture sectors.
Report directly to the CEO, providing insights and updates on performance, strategy, and key initiatives.
Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in a PE-backed company.
Expertise in selling into industrial, food & beverage, applied life sciences, or agriculture markets, with deep knowledge of the European market.
Demonstrated commercial success – you know how to drive growth, boost revenue, and solve complex problems.
