Join us as a Service Manager in Residential Childcare, where you’ll lead a team of managers dedicated to providing outstanding care for children aged 5 to 18 with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges and autism. What You’ll Do: • Oversee and manage a cluster of up to 6 residential children’s homes, all to accommodate 2 children, each home has a registered manager. • Act as the Responsible Individual (RI), ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Quality Care Standards. • Support and develop Registered Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional care. • Drive performance, maintain high occupancy levels, and achieve sustainable outcomes. • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to promote our services. What We’re Looking For: • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). • Experience: At least 2 years in Registered manager position of a children home. • Residential Care Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience within residential care • Driving: A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and high-performing environment. • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards in children’s residential care.
