P Major Players are working with a leading global in-house agency; we are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Operations Manager to build and lead a visionary agency team, drive global strategies and shape the future of the agency. /p h3 Key Responsibilities: /h3 ol li b Lead In-House Agency Operations: /b Oversee the growth of the in-house agency by expanding the scope of work, ensuring seamless operations, meeting KPIs and exceeding expectations. /li li b Relationship Management: /b Build strong relationships with markets and their brand teams. Ensure clear and effective communication of agency reports, deliverables, costs, and scopes across all markets. /li li b Financial Oversight: /b Own the financial aspects of the in-house agency, providing quarterly financial reports to the senior leadership team. /li li b Creative Services Leadership: /b Manage the creative service team (studio managers), ensuring they can effectively plan, resource, scope, and deliver work across the agency. /li li b Cross-functional Collaboration: /b Work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Director, and Client Services Director to ensure that processes and strategies are effectively implemented across markets. /li li b Team Leadership and Development: /b Recruit, lead, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of passion, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Focus on advancing the teams technical skills and capabilities. /li li b Strategic Forecasting: /b Develop detailed plans and strategies for future years, including financial projections, technology needs, team capacity, and resource allocation. Mitigate risks and propose solutions to ensure the agencys continued success. /li /ol h3 Requirements: /h3 ul li Preferable; 10 years in marketing-related roles. /li li At least 4 years in leadership positions. /li li Minimum 3 years of operations experience, particularly in an in-house agency setting. /li li Solid integrated production background. /li li FMCG experience is highly advantageous. /li /ul
