Role & Responsibilities of the Behavioural Teaching Assistant: Provide one-to-one support for students with emotional and behavioral difficulties, helping them engage in learning and thrive in the classroom. Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment. Implement strategies to help students regulate their emotions and behavior, supporting them to develop coping mechanisms. Work closely with the school's pastoral team to monitor student progress and well-being. Foster a supportive, encouraging atmosphere that builds students' confidence and helps them achieve their full potential.
