1. Achieve the agreed sales target
2. Increase the install base of Thermo Fisher Scientific Instrumentation within the sales territory plus consumable business
3. Collaborate with local sales colleagues and sales manager to secure business opportunities
4. Drive business expansion in partnership with Support, Sales, and Market Development teams
5. Establish and maintain reference sites as required
6. Engage in discussions with various parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements for complex deals, continuously assessing efficiency and strategic alignment.
7. Coach sales colleagues and facilitate knowledge transfer
8. Conduct sales forecasting and coordinate activities with the sales manager
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should have:
9. An academic degree (BSc, MSc) or equivalent experience in Life Science
10. Solid knowledge of Sequencing and Real-Time PCR technologies
11. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in sales and account management
12. Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
13. Excellent communication skills, including social media proficiency
14. The ability to establish short and long-term business objectives
15. Knowledge of the clinical customer and marketplace
16. Fluency in Danish is preferable
